I have been a fan since 2003, when I needed to lose weight for my wedding. I lost the weight I needed to fit into my dress, but never stuck with it. I got comfortable with being married over the years and got bigger and bigger as the years passed. I knew I needed to do something, but never put the effort into doing anything about it.
In March, 2007, I started a Weight Watchers group. That is when I started your program and this time I challenged myself to stick with it and change the way I was eating. With your tapes and books, I was finally seeing the pounds melt away. I started doing the 1 mile DVD in the first week and added an additional mile each week after that. I am now doing the Walk Slim 4 fast miles and love it! I am in the best shape of my life. I made it to my goal weight in only eight months! I tell everyone about the workouts and how important it is to eat right and determination because it can be done.

Walk Club TestimonialsI have a small area in my pantry that I keep important information. I check it daily. I have found by printing off the WATP calendar and posting it in that space I know first thing in the morning what exercise I will be doing and how much time I need to plan for.
